Well, another day, another morning. Let's see how this day goes. Feeling OK so far. I'll watch my grand daughter today for the first time and I'm a little nervous. She's only 3 mos. old. She's been breast fed and mom isn't going to be here today. Let's see how the bottle works. I'm also trying to loose some weight with NO SUCCESS whatsoever. I'm feeling like a failure in that regard. My willpower is gone has I go through menopause. I'll try to do the best of it today, but I need some encouragement.

Today I got up at 7 a.m. with a migraine. I took medication but it usually takes one hour (or two) to help me, so here I am feeling sorry for myself. I know that when feeling sick the best thing to do is to be in a good mood to get better quickly but it's tough. Please I need some words of encouragement.
